Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, cancelations, rescheduling, baggage allowance, and other relevant information.
  3. Process flight reservations, ticket bookings, and upgrades as per customer requirements.
  4. Assist in rebooking or rerouting flights in case of cancelations or delays.
  5. Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality.
  8. Stay updated with airline policies, industry regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  9. Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, call resolution, and productivity.
