We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR operations. This role involves supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Support HR policy development and training coordination
Address employee inquiries and provide HR support
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Prepare HR reports and internal communications
Support performance management and disciplinary processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HRM, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred)
2–3 years HR experience (fresh grads with internships may apply)
Strong HR knowledge and understanding of labor laws
Excellent communication and MS Office skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Age: 25–45 years
