Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support

    • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

    • Address technical concerns and objections

  • Product Knowledge

    • Stay updated on product features, applications, and industry trends

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development feedback

  • Customer Relationship Building

    • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

  • Sales Target Achievement

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

    • Develop and execute sales strategies

  • Reporting and Analytics

    • Track sales performance and customer interactions

    • Provide insights for sales process improvement

Requirements

  • Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related fields)

  • Fresh or 1+ years of sales engineering experience

  • Technical sales skills and industry knowledge

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to travel (up to 20%)

  • Diploma degree in engineering and technical education
