We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Sales Associate to join our growing team. As an E-commerce Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving online sales, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall success of our online sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries about products, orders, shipping, returns, and general website navigation.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and provide product information, features, and benefits.
  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Monitor online order fulfillment and communicate any potential delays or issues to customers proactively.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product catalog, promotions, and website functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about online campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams to improve the online customer experience.
  • Assist with maintaining online product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product descriptions, images, and pricing (as needed).
  • Contribute to achieving online sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or above.
  • 2 years or more of experience in e-commerce customer service or sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.   
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Familiarity with CRM systems but not a must.
  • Must be a technical person.
