Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Help with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or work experience in accounting is preferred but not required.
