Key Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process of Captains (drivers) and ensure contract compliance
Manage fleet operations, track usage, and resolve field-level issues
Conduct monthly vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle health records
Verify and approve vehicles before procurement from showrooms or sellers
Coordinate with legal and admin teams for documentation and compliance
Monitor captain performance, complaints, and satisfaction levels
Ensure smooth operations in line with GoOwn’s vision and values
