Responsibilities:

Develop and implement trade marketing plans and programs tailored to specific customer segments and channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop promotional strategies to drive sales volume and market share.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for innovation.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral and sales tools to support trade initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and make recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and trade partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the industry sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
02 to 03 years of experience.
