WordPress Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in WordPress development, with expertise in custom theme and plugin creation, as well as a strong background in front-end development using TailwindCSS and Bootstrap. You will play a key role in developing high-quality, responsive websites and ensuring they adhere to the latest web standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
Implement responsive and mobile-first website designs using TailwindCSS and Bootstrap.
Collaborate with designers and developers to transform design concepts into functional websites.
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and front-end technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
Expertise in TailwindCSS and Bootstrap for creating responsive designs.
Proven experience in custom theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
