We're seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor to establish and maintain seamless communication between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective interaction and coordination among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture communication channels between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives.
- Initiate and manage various types of meetings (Zoom, in-person) by reaching out to clients and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and diligent completion of information on portals, maintaining data integrity and precision.
- Engage in ongoing communication with interview candidates and clients, facilitating a smooth and effective exchange of information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, English, or a related field.
- Applicant must have between 6 months -1 year of experience for this entry-level position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Diligent work ethic with an eye for detail, ensuring error-free interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in coordinating meetings and utilizing communication platforms
