As an HR Executive at the Company, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling all HR-related tasks for high-performing sales teams in particular.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing Company HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Provide Training and Support to our Sales teams
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Preparing and presenting HR and Sales-related reports to management
- Managing employee separation processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 4+ years of experience in HR management for a sales-related division a must
- Experience with Sales Training, including on usage of relevant CRM, Tele-sales Productivity software, etc, a significant plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
