We are looking for Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build rapport with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, guiding them through our services, and closing sales. With uncapped commissions, your earning potential is in your hands!

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.
Present and promote company services effectively.
Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Work collaboratively with the team to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

Sales or call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in English & Urdu with a confident speaking style.
Persuasive and energetic personality with a goal-driven mindset.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
