As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers in the UK and US markets. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales and communication skills to drive business growth and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK and US markets
  • Present products/services persuasively and highlight their benefits
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information from potential customers
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on customer availability
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments set
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems
  •  Eligibility to work in the UK/US (if applicable)
