Junior Business Development Executive

As a Junior Business Development Executive (BDE), your role will focus on assisting with business development activities while supporting HR functions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the recruitment process to help the company grow its client base and talent pool in the visa consultancy market, particularly for the Eurasian and Asian regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 6-8 MONTHS of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (preferably in the consultancy or travel sector).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn about the visa industry, business development techniques, and HR processes.
