We are looking for an experienced & well-spoken “Customer Relations Officer” with fluency in Pushto.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills primarily in Pushto, be an active & patient listener with a pleasant & audible telephonic voice in order to provide quality customer service.
She must be fluent in Pushto language as well as well versed with English and Urdu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt response to client on the company's live chat, calls & on social media
- Analyze & filter the client’s information & forward the client’s query to the relevant sales consultant.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively.
