• Customer Interaction & Engagement
  • Greet customers, assist them in finding products and understanding their needs.
  • Provide product knowledge: explain features, benefits, use, pricing.
  • Up sell and cross-sell related products or accessories.
  • Sales & Targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly / weekly / daily sales targets.
  • Track own sales performance and contribute to store’s overall performance.
  • Store Presentation & Merchandising
  • Keep product displays attractive, arrange merchandising as per brand / corporate guidelines.
  • Replenish stock, maintain inventory levels, ensure the display is tidy and well-organised.
  • Transaction Handling & POS Management
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash/card payments, ensure accuracy.
  • Handle exchanges, returns and follow store policy.
  • Customer Service & Problem Solving
  • Address customer complaints or queries and resolve them or escalate if necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction; follow up where required.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Stay updated on product lines, promotions, new arrivals, policies, and store procedures.
  • Possibly run or assist in promotional campaigns, special events.
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and safe.
  • Be alert to risks of theft or security issues; follow loss prevention practices.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Record sales, maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Give feedback from customers to management (e.g. what’s liked, what’s not, suggestions) for improving service / product / display.
  • Teamwork & Training
  • Work with other staff to ensure smooth operations (stocking, display, cash handling).
  • Possibly help mentor or train newer staff / be involved in training sessions.
