We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries through chat and calls, as well as outreach to architects and interior designers. If you have great communication skills and experience in customer support, we'd love to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries via chat and phone.
- Reach out to architects and interior designers through calls and messages.
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work with other teams to solve customer issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer support experience.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
