We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed
- .Provide administrative support to the office as required.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).1–2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
