Public Safety : Ensure buildings are safe for occupants and the public, including addressing issues related to fire safety, accessibility, and structural integrity.
Local Planning Requirements : Study and implement the local government and Society by-laws in addition to building regulations.
Collaboration : Work closely with architects, designers, builders, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
