To ensure maintenance and serviceability of exchange and PTCL lines, Fax machines photocopiers, etc.
Admin database handling.
Admin record handling.
Admin staff daily health report preparation.
Passive support in company staff mess operations.
Admin action plan monitoring for all the active tasks.
Management block handling and maintaining the decorum.
Company guest handling.
Timely resolution of admin staff attendance, overtime, and CPL-related matters.
Admin policies tracking and monthly department report preparation follow-up.
Admin annual targets monitoring and reporting.
Report writing where required.
Letter writing where required.
Social media post management where required.
Handling of all female staff matters.
Responsible for allocated area 6's matters.
Responsible for the cleaning & maintenance of the conference hall, visitor lobby, office block.
Delegation handling where required.
