1- Establishes CCTV & Fiber network specifications by conferring with users

2- Analyzing workflow access, information, and security requirements, including interface configuration and modification

3- Provide support in technical, operational and connectivity issues in PDA/Scanners devices.

4- Provide Helpdesk support related to network LAN/Wireless connectivity issues in existing network.

5- Internet link connectivity and bandwidth test and monitoring on regular basis

6- Coordinate with External & Internal teams for successful implementation/completion of IT Network projects.

7- Provide application testing support in all IoT products.

8- Prepare report and control the repetition of similar network/connectivity issue.

9- To provide installation related support to the end users and to resolve the technical issues.

10- Monitor And Resolve WM/KA/CAC/TV/MWO and other supporting divisions end users complain in time

11- Management and maintenance of access layer data network including switches/wifi access points

12- New system installation with software install and outlook email configuration.
