Responsible for the hiring, orientation, training, discipline, assigning duties, keeping record of security guards data /attendance /overtime, grant them leaves & supervision of security guards.
To provide support in preparation of business plan, budget, periodical review of departmental objectives & preparing analysis reports.
Keep an eye on all security risks for the organization and take necessary action as per requirement and company policy.
To develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures at HNR Company Pvt. Ltd
Responsible for the body searching team of all workers while in & out at the gate.
Check and control all entrance/exit for employees, guests, visitors & checking of loading/unloading vehicles as per documentation & company SOP of entire factory premises.
Responsible for the issuance/ deposit, maintain list, operational & emergency key box of all factory keys & check locks of all stores, office and warehouse after packing up.
To be responsible for overall security of all management, Chinese officials, employees, movable & immovable assets of all facilities of HNR, JW, Forland, MG, HPK Warehouse, rental warehouses & will visit the factory area, colonies, canteen, management offices, warehouses, including Farm Land & Grave Yard Hujra, to discuss loop holes if any and discuss with concern for rectification to ensure fool proof security.
Responsible for the maintenance, serviceability, renewal of licenses, safe custody of company weapons, keep records of Arms/ ammunitions & ensure to avoid its misuse.
. To assist in investigation of the theft matters, workers fight cases & all discipline violation cases as per company policy.
To ensure that no outsider or terminated employee (as informed by Admin & HR/Factories) enter, resides inside & no immoral activity carried out in the Company’s premises.
Keep informed to Manager Security about all happenings in factory for 24/7 in written / verbal and act upon his directions.
Take part in safety SOPs implementations and controls.
Any other task assigned by HOD
