We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are eager to contribute to the success of an organic beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing accurate product information and assisting with inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate, contributing to the growth of the brand.
  • Assist customers with product selection and recommend suitable options based on their needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management for improving customer service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Urdu.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hair and skin care products is a plus, but not required.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.

Education & Experience:

  • Qualification intermediate or higher
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in the beauty and wellness industry, is a plus.
