Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails
Provide detailed product information and recommendations
Take orders and manage order-related queries
Resolve customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
Confident, friendly, and patient on the phone
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge or interest in hair care and beauty products is a bonus!
