Hair Energy is seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage our customer service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth call center operations, drive performance, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily call center activities to ensure targets are met.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of call center agents.

Qualifications:
