We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and updated HR databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Help with payroll and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for HR and a willingness to learn.
