We seek a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.
As a Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, manage a team of dedicated employees, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Your goal is to drive sales, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and minimize losses.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing promotions and in-store events.
- Monitor budgets and control expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
