- Responsible for documentation of all import shipments.
- Managing the company's shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and filing customs paperwork.
- Coordination with the buyer to open L/Cs ,DIP,D/A and maintain records.
- Coordination with shipping companies and freight forwarders.
- Responsible for following up on, and filling archiving import documents.
- Full EIF&Keep follow up with custom agent&banking trade officer.
