Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), a pioneering force in healthcare technology solutions, is looking for an experienced Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer with a strong emphasis on automation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automated testing for web, mobile, and iOS platforms, along with proficiency in performance testing and CI/CD process automation. This role is critical for assuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of our web and application interfaces, focusing on patient data management and clinician connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, iOS applications, and performance testing.
- Implement and manage automation strategies for data handling and file processing to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize automation within the CI/CD framework.
- Conduct manual tests where necessary, focusing on complex or newly developed features.
- Develop detailed test plans and protocols for comprehensive application coverage.
- Ensure that all testing, both automated and manual, adheres to data security standards and compliance requirements, with a focus on patient data handling.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations like HIPAA and integrate compliance in all testing procedures.
- Document test results thoroughly and provide comprehensive reports using tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
- Continuously update test documentation to reflect changes and updates in applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of software products.
- Communicate testing strategies, automation processes, and results effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in V&V engineering, with a significant focus on automation.
- Extensive experience with automation tools for web, mobile, iOS testing, and performance testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in CI/CD process automation.
- Proficiency in data automation and file handling processing automation.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth peripherals and their integration into web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in handling patient data, with a clear understanding of related security and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using tools like JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant testing and project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with clinical applications.
- Certifications in relevant automation tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
