- Providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.
- Diagnosing, identifying, and solving client, customer, or employee systems issues.
- Coordinating with clients and giving technical solutions via onsite, call, email, or chat communications.
- Perform fixes on all hardware.
- Debug applications and implement upgrades.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist with issues on back-end software.
- Find replacements for aging hardware.
- Knowledge of firewalls and networking.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network administration, troubleshooting and IT support.
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 years
