We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media & SEO Manager to elevate our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. This role combines expertise in social media marketing with in-depth knowledge of SEO to drive engagement, visibility, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and SEO strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Create and publish high-quality, keyword-optimized content (text, images, videos) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and update all company social media profiles with consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Design engaging visuals and branded graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor social media and SEO performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Plan and execute creative digital campaigns, social contests, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; monitor and report ROI.
  • Track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continual improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, SEO Specialist, or a similar dual-role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and growth tactics.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices, on-page/off-page SEO, keyword research, and link building.
  • Proficiency in at least one image design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with social and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Ahrefs).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A degree is required (any field is acceptable, but Computer Science is preferred)
  • Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with video editing and creating short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Prior experience working with B2B digital marketing strategies.
