We are currently seeking a GraphQL Engineer Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing GraphQL APIs and integrating them into complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust GraphQL APIs to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to define API schemas and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Optimize GraphQL performance, including query complexity and caching strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GraphQL implementations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of API design, usage, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in GraphQL technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with at least 3 years focused on GraphQL.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in GraphQL schema design and API development.
  • Experience with Node.js, Python, or other backend technologies.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of API security and authentication (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
  • Experience with caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Apollo Federation).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and optimize complex queries and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Remote tools: Comfortable working with Zoom remote control
  • English language: Basic English understanding is OK we have colleagues who can translate as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js for better collaboration with frontend teams.
  • Contribution to open-source GraphQL projects is a plus.
