Business Development Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales, client relationship management, and financial services. The role offers a blend of marketing, sales, and financial consulting within the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation through various online and offline channels
Conducting telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients
Scheduling and participating in in-house meetings with prospective clients
Pitching and assisting clients with account opening in PSX and PMEX
Providing ongoing financial services and guidance based on client investments in commodities
Maintaining a database of leads, follow-ups, and client communications
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
Intermediate with experience in sales, marketing, call center, banking sector can also apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus (training will be provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools

A fixed monthly allowance (Rs. 25000-Rs.30000)
