We are looking for a QA / QC Compliance Executive who is responsible for ensuring that all products like whole spices, recipe mixes, spice powders, herbs, seasonings, corn flour and desserts like custards, jellies, kheer mixes & vermicelli processes and systems comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring and improving quality systems, supporting audits, reviewing documentation and assisting in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to maintain full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing product labels, nutrition facts and ingredient declarations.
- Support in collecting and organizing documents for Halal, PSQCA, ISO, HACCP, and export registrations.
- Help monitor updates in local and international food laws.
- Maintain proper regulatory filing systems for audits and inspections.
- Support the QA/Compliance team in audits and certification processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers for Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and compliance documents.
- Assist in market surveillance (checking competitor products for labeling and claims).
- Provide administrative and technical support to senior compliance officers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MPhil / BS (Hons) in Food Science, Food Technology,
- 2 Years Industry experience in QA/QC Compliance. (Preferred Industry)
- Knowledge of basic food safety concepts (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, Halal).
- Awareness of PSQCA and Codex, FDA, GSO, Standards over the Globe standards
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong willingness to learn regulatory compliance and export standards.
