𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/HR/Management

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: No gender preference

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll/finance

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

The individual is responsible for consolidating Payroll inputs for payroll processing, managing accurate employee record, updating employee insurance life/medical insurance and processing clearance & final settlement for leavers. Ensure proper controls are exercised and payments are made as per company policy and procedures.
Communicating with public services may be required when necessary.
You will be also be responsible for handling any complaints and grievances related to payroll.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

Accounting knowledge and experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.
Understanding of local regulations i.e. income tax, EOBI etc.
Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS will be plus.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communications skills.
