- Manage a team of prospectors
- Develop the skills of prospectors
- Participate in recruiting prospecting teams
- Ensure communication and reporting to the Procurement Department
- Guarantee compliance with internal regulations, procurement procedures, and deadlines
- Share knowledge and expertise with junior negotiators
Tasks:
- Coaching and leading a prospecting team
- Guide the team daily towards set qualitative and quantitative goals
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of prospectors Oversee team activity and update the information system
- Implement the procurement policy Ensure the development of team members' skills
- Manage the team's portfolio
- Ensure the quality of the portfolio under your responsibility
- Communicate with internal departments
