Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and company financial accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
Monitor budgets and expenses, and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (e.g., VAT, TDS, GST, depending on region).
Process employee reimbursements and payroll-related transactions.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
