Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Update:
- Input and update data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, online forms, surveys, or spreadsheets) into the company’s computer systems or databases.
- Ensure accurate data entry with minimal errors.
Data Verification:
- Cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in the data.
Record Maintenance:
- Organize and store records and files in digital and physical formats as required.
- Maintain up-to-date and well-organized data systems to ensure easy retrieval.
Data Extraction and Reporting:
- Extract relevant data as needed for reports or analysis.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data integrity.
Confidentiality and Security:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and in accordance with company policies.
- Follow proper data protection and privacy guidelines.
Communication:
- Communicate with team members and management to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Assist with data-related tasks like creating forms, spreadsheets, and databases.
