Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will lead and manage the development, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy across all platforms. This individual will play a key role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, increasing engagement, and driving business objectives through innovative and strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement the company's social media strategy to align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of content for social media channels, ensuring it is on-brand, consistent, and engaging.
- Identify new trends, platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead a team of social media managers, content creators, and other relevant staff.
- Set clear goals and performance targets for the team and ensure they have the resources and skills to succeed.
- Provide guidance and training to the team on best practices, trends, and platform updates.
Content Planning & Creation:
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and key events.
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, blog posts) tailored to each platform.
- Ensure content is optimized for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Build and manage an engaged community across social media platforms.
- Monitor conversations, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers.
- Foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to increase brand visibility.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Regularly report insights and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) to senior leadership.
- Adjust strategies based on data to continually improve performance.
Brand Reputation Management:
- Ensure that the brand’s reputation is maintained positively across social media platforms.
- Address any negative feedback or crises promptly and professionally.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the social media advertising budget for paid campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance and monitor expenditures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Ability to analyze social media data and create reports.
Creative, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
