We are looking for a highly skilled and professional 2D / 3D Animator with a strong portfolio in creating visually stunning and effective animated content. The Animator will play a critical role in producing training modules, marketing videos, and promotional materials for various projects. The ideal candidate has good knowledge of crafting simple, effective animations tailored to the health, sports, and corporate industries, and is capable of delivering polished work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Animation:
- Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D content for training videos, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create simple animations tailored to the health industry (e.g., wellness visuals), sports industry (e.g., event teasers, player highlights), and corporate industry (e.g., product demos, explainer videos).
- Develop visually appealing motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
2. Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator and content team to understand project goals, target audiences, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate animations into existing video content seamlessly.
- Adapt animations for multiple platforms (e.g., YouTube, mobile apps, social media) while maintaining consistency.
3. Creative Problem-Solving:
- Address content gaps (e.g., lack of raw video footage) by proposing and executing animation-based solutions.
- Develop reusable animation assets to support multiple projects efficiently.
4. Quality and Deadlines:
- Deliver professional-grade animations that meet high standards of creativity, clarity, and technical precision.
- Complete assigned tasks within tight timelines (e.g., initial deliverables by mid-March 2025, as per project needs).
5. Technical Execution:
- Edit and optimize animations for various formats and resolutions.
- Incorporating feedback from the team leads to refined outputs.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional animation experience with a proven track record of creating high-quality animated content.
Skills:
- Expertise in animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation techniques, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Good knowledge of creating simple, effective animations for the health, sports, and corporate industries.
- Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and transitions to create engaging narratives.
- Ability to work with minimal raw footage and develop creative solutions through animation.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing diverse animation projects (e.g., health-related visuals, sports highlights, corporate explainers).
Education: Degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a fast-paced team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in animating sports-related content (e.g., player highlights, event teasers).
- Familiarity with creating animations for mobile apps or wellness themes.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Based in or willing to work in sync with Dubai time zones (GMT+4).
