Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Develop market strategies by researching high-potential prospects and target accounts.
- Work on Upwork to quickly identify promising projects, understand client requirements, and craft personalized proposals that stand out.
- Demonstrate strong bidding strategies on Upwork, identifying opportunities and tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs.
- Utilize different writing styles and adjust proposals to effectively capture client attention, maximizing the chances of securing a project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience, with a proven track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly identify potential Upwork projects and adapt proposals to client requirements.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including bidding strategies and how to stand out among other freelancers.
Compensation
- Base salary (depending on experience).
- 5% commission on all closed projects after a $1000 sales milestone.
