Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients and close business deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align on sales strategies and offerings
Track and report sales progress using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings as needed
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record in sales target achievement
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach
Familiarity with market trends and competitor activity
Effective time management and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts
