We are looking for a proactive and organised HR / Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in both human resources and administrative functions, with the ability to manage people processes and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration

  • Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office Suite, and strong documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Administer leave records, attendance, and support basic payroll coordination

  • Handle office administration tasks, including vendor coordination and supplies management

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance procedures

  • Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs and performance tracking

  • Oversee office upkeep, manage equipment, and ensure a productive work environment

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus
