Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role
Strong working knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement, and site coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects
Monitor project budgets, perform material take-offs, and ensure alignment with cost targets
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely procurement, and contractual compliance
Conduct site visits as needed to verify progress and validate contractor claims
Assist in tender documentation, cost control reports, and post-contract activities
