Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
2–4 years of experience in tele-sales, lead generation, or customer success
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
Make outbound calls to leads, follow up with prospects, and respond to inbound queries
Confidently pitch services to prospective clients and address basic questions
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the Business Development team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction records in CRM
Deliver high-quality communication that builds client trust and interest
Track lead status and assist in developing effective follow-up strategies
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Clear, confident, and engaging telephone manner
Strong persuasion and active listening skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet outreach targets
Organised and responsive with a strong follow-up discipline
Working knowledge of tele-sales tools, CRM platforms, and basic reporting
Ability to handle objections and quickly build rapport
