- Maintains the database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Someone who can drop-ship the orders
- Great communication
- Office coordination
- Good written and communication skills
- Time management and accuracy
- Knowledge of COMMONSKU
- Master\'s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Quickbooks.
