We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect of Landscaping with expertise in 3ds Max and AutoCAD to lead the design and development of high-quality landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver visually stunning and functional outdoor spaces. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and managing landscaping projects while collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:
- Create innovative landscaping designs and master plans using 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
- Develop 3D renderings and visualizations to present concepts to clients.
- Incorporate sustainable practices and environmentally friendly designs.
Project Management:
- Lead multiple landscaping projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, horticulturists, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Client Engagement:
- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients through presentations and visual aids.
- Address client needs, feedback, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Technical Documentation:
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications in AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during project execution.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor junior architects and designers in design techniques and software usage.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in landscape architecture or a similar role.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of horticulture, environmental design, and sustainable practices.
Excellent 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in landscaping or sustainable design is a plus.
Familiarity with GIS software and advanced rendering engines.
Experience with urban landscaping or large-scale projects.
