Store Incharge

The Store InCharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring optimal inventory management, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, supervising store staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Manage stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Report and handle discrepancies or damaged goods.

Store Operations:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
Ensure all health, safety, and security measures are followed.

Sales and Customer Service:

Assist customers by providing product information and support.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Promote and drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

Staff Supervision:

Manage and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets.
Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor staff attendance.
Conduct training and development for new and existing staff.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Communicate with management regarding store operations, challenges, and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in store management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
