Accounts Manager

We are seeking an Accounts Manager to join the company for a permanent opportunity. In this role, you will be working closely with CEO in various business groups to provide the required bookkeeping, financial information, analysis, and advice in order to make financially sound decisions. In addition, the Accounts Manager will be tasked with the responsibility of articulating the financial results at the end of each month and for each year.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop operating and financial metrics, analyze results and trends to create impactful insights, report results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, and improve forecasting and modeling accuracy
Close monthly financials and report balance sheet and income statement to the upper management by the 1st week of following month.
All Functions of AP/AR and Bookkeeping are required.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
Work with business unit leaders on completeness and accuracy of the material inputs and inventory management across different levels.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting manager role or Fresh Article completed from big four.
Strong accounting knowledge, including but not limited to double entry, inventory management and bank reconciliation.
Strong skills in MS Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment
