This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. The HR Generalist will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role equires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including employee orientation and documentation.
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee grievances and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support the performance review process by collecting data and preparing reports.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation best practices.
Assist in planning and delivering employee training programs.
Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
Oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance and provident funds.
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
