The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, playing a crucial role in cultivating a people-centered culture within the organization. This position is responsible for supporting staff development, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and adhering to labor laws. The successful candidate will align HR strategies with the organization’s mission while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and mission. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including selection and onboarding, to attract and retain qualified talent. Oversee performance management processes, such as employee evaluations and feedback systems. Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Organize and deliver training and development initiatives for employees at various levels. Address employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations relevant to the nonprofit sector. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience in an HR Manager role or a similar position, preferably within the nonprofit sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are necessary to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. The role demands a high level of discretion and adherence to ethical standards. Fluency in English is required.
